Senior Management & Technology Consultant
As a Senior Management & Technology Consultant at Celonis, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their data-driven business transformation journeys. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Sales Team, you will be responsible for the entire value journey of our clients, from initial engagement to long-term partnership development. Your expertise will help clients achieve their strategic objectives and realize significant value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include identifying and framing high-impact use cases aligned with customers' strategic priorities. You will build compelling demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to secure new clients. Additionally, you will conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects, effectively communicating the value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
To excel in this position, you should have experience in analytical roles focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally, you have worked in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting within a business software or SaaS provider, or in an in-house role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining or Analytics. Proficiency in business software applications like SAP, experience with RPA or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and SQL are essential. Strong project management skills, executive stakeholder management experience, and a solid understanding of finance and supply chain domains are also required.
