Senior Manager, Consumer Insights (Harry's)
The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights at Mammoth Brands will lead consumer learning for the Harry’s brand, focusing on men's personal care. This role involves representing the voice of consumers and providing expertise on category consumers and the competitive market to inform decisions that unlock brand growth opportunities. The position is based at the company's headquarters in New York and reports to the Senior Director of Insights.
Key responsibilities include understanding core consumer segments, influencing brand strategy, building a learning roadmap to uncover deep insights, and identifying and optimizing initiatives, products, and communications that delight key segments throughout their omni-channel journey. The role also involves translating business questions into clear research objectives, executing and managing multiple primary market research projects, and effectively synthesizing and communicating insights to brand teams, cross-functional partners, and senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (master’s degree/MBA preferred) and over seven years of progressive experience in consumer insights, with a track record of executing high-impact research studies of varying complexity. Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands is preferred. The candidate should be an insights thought leader, curious, creative, self-sufficient, a skilled data storyteller, and unwaveringly objective.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $147,500-$160,000, with the final compensation offer based on the candidate’s location, skill level, and experience.
