Mammoth Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Insights to lead consumer learning for the Lume and Mando brands, focusing on women's and men's odor control categories. This role involves representing the voice of consumers and providing expertise on category consumers and the competitive market to inform decisions that unlock brand growth opportunities. The position is based at the company's headquarters in New York and reports to the Senior Director of Insights.

Key responsibilities include understanding core consumer segments, influencing brand strategy through deep insights, and partnering with brand marketing, innovation, and retail/DTC teams to optimize initiatives and communications. The role also involves translating business questions into clear research objectives, managing multiple primary market research projects, and effectively communicating insights to brand teams and senior management. Additionally, the Senior Manager will enhance insights processes to strengthen the breadth and quality of consumer and category understanding.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree or MBA preferred, and has over seven years of progressive experience in consumer insights, particularly within FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands. They should be an insights thought leader, possess a strong curiosity to uncover deep insights, and be adept at using both quantitative and qualitative research tools. Strong data storytelling skills and an unwavering objectivity in representing the consumer's voice are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $147,500 to $160,000 annually, with the final offer based on the candidate's location, skill level, and experience.
