Senior Manager, Corporate Applications and Integration Services
Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Applications and Integration Services to lead the strategy and execution of the company's internal technology ecosystem. This role involves guiding business application management, integration architecture, automation strategy, and AI adoption across workplace tools, ensuring usability, security, and performance. The position reports to the Director of Workplace Technology and offers an opportunity to shape secure, scalable, and future-ready internal platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing and leading strategies for business application management, integration services, and enterprise AI adoption. The role involves managing and mentoring application integration services teams, collaborating with business leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges, and designing scalable integrations across SaaS platforms such as Workday, Jira, Okta, Slack, and AWS. Additionally, the position requires establishing integration architecture standards, partnering with compliance and security teams to uphold governance, and championing the adoption of AI-powered workplace tools.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience leading workplace technology or IT functions, with hands-on expertise in application management, MDM, productivity platforms, and endpoint security. Proven experience scaling systems in fast-growing, cloud-native environments is essential. A strong background in architecting and delivering integrations across SaaS platforms, deep understanding of APIs and identity platforms, and experience building integration standards are required. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ridgeline offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $220,000, with final compensation determined by factors such as candidate experience and expertise.
