Senior Manager, Education Services
The Senior Manager of Education Services at Ridgeline will lead and expand a dynamic learning organization focused on training customer experience employees, service partners, and customer end-users on Ridgeline's advanced AI platform for investment and wealth management. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Education Services, this role involves shaping the strategy, structure, technology stack, and commercial model of Ridgeline’s evolving education offerings. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the strategic vision for Education Services aligned with customer success and company growth, leading and growing a team of instructors and content experts, and developing education services into a high-impact profit center with clear financial goals and measurable outcomes. The role also involves designing scalable programs such as certifications, onboarding, and role-based academies, establishing KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with product adoption and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience building and scaling education programs within B2B SaaS organizations, preferably with investment management software or enterprise fintech platforms. They should demonstrate ownership of P&L or revenue-generating education services, proven success in defining and tracking KPIs such as adoption and learner outcomes, and experience leading teams across curriculum development, content creation, and instruction. Strong strategic planning, organizational design capabilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Ridgeline offers a competitive starting salary range of $169,000 to $212,000, with final compensation determined by factors including candidate experience and expertise.
