Senior Manager, Infrastructure
As the Senior Manager of Infrastructure at Atlas HXM, you will oversee and secure our Azure and AWS cloud environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of our global HR and compliance services. This role involves managing daily cloud operations, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and handling advanced help desk escalations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the infrastructure that enables companies to expand internationally with confidence.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing cloud infrastructure operations across Azure and AWS, overseeing hybrid cloud environments and connectivity solutions, and ensuring system uptime and capacity planning. You will also lead infrastructure automation efforts using tools like Terraform and PowerShell, design and maintain enterprise cloud architectures, and implement monitoring and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborating with security teams, you will address identity and access control, network security, and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, along with 7–10+ years in cloud infrastructure or systems engineering. Strong hands-on expertise with Azure and/or AWS services is essential, as well as deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and identity management in cloud and hybrid environments. Experience in managing virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, and cloud network security is required. Additionally, you should have experience leading or mentoring engineers and the ability to set operational standards and drive team performance.
