Senior Manager, Infrastructure

As the Senior Manager of Infrastructure at Atlas HXM, you will oversee and secure our Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and advanced help desk escalations. This role blends hands-on operations with governance, modernization, and continuous improvement, ensuring the reliability and security of our cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include managing daily cloud infrastructure operations across Azure and AWS, overseeing hybrid cloud environments, and ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance of all cloud-hosted systems. You will also implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and PowerShell, design and maintain enterprise cloud architecture, and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for cloud infrastructure issues.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, along with 7–10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud operations. Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (preferred) and/or AWS cloud infrastructure services is essential, as well as deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, identity, and monitoring in cloud and hybrid environments. Experience managing or mentoring engineers and leading cloud migration or modernization projects at scale is also required.
