Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics
Chime is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead and expand our Marketing Analytics function during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves setting the vision for how marketing analytics informs business strategy, leading a high-performing team, and advising Marketing and Executive leadership on investment decisions for maximum impact.
Key responsibilities include driving business outcomes by delivering actionable insights, setting and implementing the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team, leading and mentoring marketing analysts, and prioritizing the team's work to improve processes using AI. The role also involves owning the company's marketing reporting and analysis across various channels and performance metrics, building scalable reporting infrastructure, utilizing methodologies to estimate incremental impact, and translating complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field, with at least 8 years in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company. A results-oriented mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, a demonstrated record of using data to drive measurable business impact, experience leading high-performing analytics teams, deep expertise in marketing measurement, strong SQL proficiency, proficiency in BI and visualization tools, and a strong statistical foundation are essential.
The base salary for this role ranges from $188,000 to $260,000, with full-time employees also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Actual base salary may vary based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
