The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that elevate seller performance across the full revenue lifecycle. This role blends strategic planning with disciplined project leadership, ensuring that complex fintech capabilities, regulatory requirements, and product innovations are translated into clear, actionable, and scalable enablement experiences.

Key responsibilities include developing and owning the annual Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue goals, product priorities, and market dynamics. The role involves leading cross-functional project management for major initiatives such as product launches, sales plays, onboarding redesigns, and quarterly readiness cycles. Additionally, the Senior Manager partners with Product, Product Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-centric enablement materials.

The ideal candidate possesses 8-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or GTM roles, with fintech experience strongly preferred. They should demonstrate success in leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. A strong understanding of fintech concepts such as payments, card issuing, APIs, fraud controls, and compliance frameworks is essential. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts, and influence senior stakeholders are also required.
