As a Senior Manager in Strategic Finance at Figure, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role offers unique visibility across the company, serving as a key liaison between multiple departments to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include supporting long-range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting processes, developing corporate targets, and conducting variance analyses.
