Senior Marketing Integrations Technology Specialist (Remote)
The Senior Marketing Integrations Technology Specialist at ezCater is a pivotal role within the Marketing Operations team, responsible for managing the architecture, connectivity, and reliability of the marketing technology stack. This position ensures seamless and secure data flows between marketing platforms, core product databases, and the data warehouse, supporting ezCater's mission to connect workplaces with a vast network of restaurants nationwide.
Key responsibilities include designing and governing the marketing technology architecture, configuring and maintaining integrations across platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce, and Snowflake, and supporting integrations for SMS and mobile/app data. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to wire new marketing data from core data tables to marketing platforms, developing a deep understanding of how marketing teams use data across channels, and supporting light web development and experimentation work.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, data integration, or similar technical go-to-market systems roles, preferably in a B2C, B2B, or B2C2B environment. Hands-on experience integrating and administering marketing and go-to-market platforms such as marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or digital tools is essential. Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and integration tooling, along with a systems-thinker mindset and strong collaboration skills, are also required.
The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $106,000–$138,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and region, and may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision insurance.
