The Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at ROLLER will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing and revenue leadership to design and implement systems, data structures, and processes that support data-driven decision-making and scalable growth. ROLLER is a global SaaS company operating in over 30 countries, dedicated to enhancing the leisure and attractions industry by providing seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships, and digital waiver solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless lead management and attribution, and building clear, actionable reporting frameworks that align marketing, sales, and finance. The role also involves overseeing team workflows, calendars, and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities to streamline and innovate processes, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and insight.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in marketing or revenue operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment. They should possess strong skills in partnering with marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to align operational priorities with broader go-to-market and business goals. Proficiency in managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks, lead lifecycle management, and building dashboards and reporting frameworks is essential. Exceptional organizational skills and a natural inclination to improve processes and automate workflows are also key attributes.
