Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager at Nabis will oversee daily operations at the New York delivery hub, ensuring efficient and accurate transportation and warehouse activities. This role involves managing a team of over 30 employees, maintaining compliance with state and federal cannabis distribution regulations, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include tracking team performance, providing feedback and training, monitoring daily volume to ensure SLA compliance, and managing market OKRs and KPIs related to delivery on time in full (DOTIF), service quality, and inventory. The manager will also forecast staffing needs, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using technology and data analytics.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics settings, with a minimum of 4 years managing teams of 30 or more employees. Strong communication skills, superior time management, adaptability, and familiarity with business software such as ERP and CRM systems are essential. Experience in the cannabis industry, supply chain or data analysis training, and project management expertise are preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits, with 75% of employee premiums paid by Nabis. A 401(k) plan is also available.
