Senior Operations Manager- Rochester (Relocation Assistance Available)

Nabis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily warehouse and fulfillment operations at its Rochester, NY facility. Reporting directly to the Director of New York Operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. The position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

The Senior Operations Manager will lead a team to manage the timely and accurate transportation and movement of products within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include tracking daily team performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and providing feedback and training to associates. The role also involves monitoring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), forecasting staffing needs, and collaborating with various departments to maintain productive cross-department communication.

Candidates should possess a background in supply chain management or data analysis, with at least four years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting and managing teams of 30 or more employees. Adaptability, flexibility, and familiarity with business software such as ERP and CRM systems are essential. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.

The compensation package includes a base salary starting at $110,000, with additional equity and bonus opportunities depending on job level.
