Senior Order Management Analyst
As a Senior Order Management Analyst at Axon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of Axon’s order-to-cash operations. You will independently manage complex booking workflows while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end order processing, such as order validation, booking, amendments, system corrections, and releases. You will review and interpret contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to ensure accurate order entry and revenue integrity. Additionally, you will resolve complex order issues impacting bookings, fulfillment, invoicing, or compliance, and collaborate with various teams to remove blockers and drive timely fulfillment.
To be successful in this role, you should have over seven years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash environments. You must demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex global transactions with minimal supervision and possess a strong understanding of revenue controls, audit requirements, and booking compliance. Advanced proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, D365, SAP, or NetSuite, is essential, along with strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools like Excel or Sigma.
This position is based in the UK, with options to work from the London or Daventry office. The role requires in-office presence four days a week (Tuesday through Friday), with Mondays being optional remote workdays.
