This position involves independently managing complex booking workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Axon is a mission-driven company dedicated to protecting life through its ecosystem of devices and cloud software.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, including order validation, booking, amendments, system corrections, and releases. You will review and interpret contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to ensure accurate order entry and revenue integrity. Additionally, you will resolve complex order issues impacting bookings, fulfillment, invoicing, or compliance, and partner with various teams to remove blockers and drive timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash environments, with a proven ability to independently manage complex global transactions. A strong understanding of revenue controls, audit requirements, and booking compliance is essential. Advanced proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, D365, SAP, or NetSuite, along with strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools like Excel or Sigma, are required. The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive resolution in ambiguous situations is also important.

This role is based in the UK, with the option to work from the London or Daventry office. The position requires in-office presence four days a week (Tuesday through Friday), with Mondays being optional remote workdays. Axon offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision plans, fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and employee resource groups. The company fosters a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
