Senior Partnership Program Manager, Connected Warfare
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Partnership Program Manager to lead initiatives within the Connected Warfare business line, focusing on developing systems that support global command and control missions. This role involves creating joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, connected mesh ecosystems that integrate robots, humans, and sensors across various domains, transforming military operations by enhancing decision-making processes and mission autonomy.
The Senior Partnership Program Manager will be responsible for executing programs that exceed stakeholder expectations and meet financial commitments. Key duties include building trust with teams and customers, driving program execution to achieve business objectives, implementing comprehensive communication plans, maintaining program management dashboards, managing complex hardware and software components, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure performance, schedule, and budget adherence.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in program management, preferably within defense or government contracting, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex programs. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of government contracting processes, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, financial management expertise, experience with bill of materials and rough order of magnitude development, and the ability to develop and execute effective program risk management plans. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance is required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
