Senior People Business Partner, Product and Technology
As Marqeta's Senior People Business Partner (PBP) for Product and Technology, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer and other leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and improve the overall employee experience. This role is integral to supporting the development of the Product and Technology organizations within a dynamic, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Director of People Business Partners for Product and Technology, you will play a critical role in a global, flexible-first organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include coaching and consulting with leadership and employees on people-related matters, aligning talent initiatives with business priorities. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Operations to ensure cohesive execution of people strategies. Additionally, you will lead initiatives such as performance management, career planning, and engagement surveys to foster a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of progressive experience as a People Business Partner, with demonstrated expertise in change management, organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, and executive coaching. Experience supporting Product and Technology teams is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to build trust with executives, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key qualifications.
Marqeta offers a competitive compensation package, with base salaries ranging from $153,400 to $225,700, depending on location and experience.
