The Senior People Enablement Specialist at Prove is responsible for executing the company's enablement strategy, including managing the Learning Management System (LMS), designing training programs, and developing resources to support employee growth. This role is part of the People Experience team and reports directly to the Senior Manager of People Experience.

Key responsibilities include administering the LMS (Litmos), creating and maintaining enablement materials such as e-learnings and live training sessions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify and address training needs. The specialist will also track program participation and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Learning & Development or Enablement, with demonstrated skills in creating training materials and administering LMS platforms. Proficiency with the Articulate 360 suite and the Google Suite is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Prove offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 annually, along with a company bonus.
