Senior People Operations Specialist

As a Senior People Operations Specialist at AirTrunk, you will be an integral part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the Manager of People Operations. AirTrunk is a leading technology company specializing in hyperscale data centers across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, committed to scaling and sustaining the digital future. This role is based at our headquarters in North Sydney, Australia.

In this position, you will manage and optimize the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions. You will handle complex employee changes such as international relocations and immigration requirements. Additionally, you will serve as the administrator for People & Culture systems, collaborating with IT on system upgrades and enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in People Operations within a fast-scaling environment across the Asia Pacific region. Experience with various HR technologies and handling global mobility and international employment matters is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are also required. Experience supporting HRIS or system transformation projects is highly regarded.
