Senior Portfolio Lead
As a Senior Portfolio Lead at eClinical Solutions, you will oversee strategic data management services for assigned clients, ensuring consistency and quality across their clinical programs. This role involves setting data standards, improving processes, and designing optimized clinical data flows across various systems. Key responsibilities include managing all data management aspects of client programs, providing consultative advice on data strategies, and serving as the primary subject matter expert for clients. You will collaborate with study project teams to develop and implement data management strategies, ensuring quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will perform peer reviews of key data management documents, provide training to staff on client processes, and act as an escalation point for program challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry is required, preferably with extensive experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations in a consultative role. Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodology is essential. The role also demands excellent project management skills, a strong client focus, and proficiency in data review and analytics applications.
