Senior Product Designer

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing Axon Records, our advanced records management system designed to streamline law enforcement reporting processes. By integrating video and leveraging AI and machine learning, Axon Records aims to enhance officer efficiency and community engagement.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own key product areas, designing and delivering user-centric solutions that align with our product goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating intuitive designs for both mobile and desktop platforms. You will also focus on simplifying complex workflows and effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years leading major design initiatives. Experience in designing enterprise software or complex consumer workflows is essential. A strong background in user-centered design processes, proficiency in design tools, and excellent communication skills are required.
