Senior Product Manager
As the In-Market Product Manager for Brazil at Axon, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the country, encompassing our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios. This role involves translating the realities of the Brazilian public safety ecosystem into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You will collaborate closely with local Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive adoption, ensuring alignment between Product and Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem—ranging from body cameras to digital evidence management—across Brazil. You will work directly with agencies and Axon’s local sales team to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities. Additionally, you will represent Brazil’s realities in global product planning, ensuring roadmaps reflect local constraints and deliver meaningful impact in the field. Engaging early in tenders and RFPs to shape requirements and guide proposal strategy is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses over four years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with direct experience engaging customers and translating field needs into product outcomes. A proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments and manage relationships with senior stakeholders is essential. Experience spanning both software and hardware products, particularly within SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems, is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese is required, along with flexibility to travel within Brazil and internationally as needed (approximately 20%).
