Senior Product Manager (Career Sites)
As a Senior Product Manager (Career Sites) at SmartRecruiters, you will be part of a dedicated product team focused on developing a world-class career site offering for global enterprises. Career sites serve as the primary entry point for candidates and are a critical extension of our customers' employer brand. In this role, you will own and drive specific problem areas and initiatives within the career sites domain, such as job discovery, content management, performance, localization, integrations, or enterprise configuration, while contributing to a shared product vision and roadmap defined across multiple Product Managers.
Your key responsibilities will include leading discovery efforts to deeply understand candidate, customer, and market needs, translating insights into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans, and partnering with engineering and design teams to ship high-performing, enterprise-ready career site capabilities. You will also balance usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance requirements, collaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences across the suite, and define and track success metrics such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with experience owning customer-facing web or platform capabilities within a larger product ecosystem. Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models are essential, along with the ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints. Technical fluency and strong collaboration skills with engineering partners, as well as clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders, are also required. Experience with global, high-traffic products, including localization, accessibility, and compliance, is a plus.
