Senior Product Manager, Dashboard and Internal Tools
Figure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of two pivotal platforms: the partner dashboard and lead portal, as well as the internal tools dashboard utilized by Operations and Support teams. These platforms are integral to the daily operations of Figure's mortgage lending and servicing businesses, facilitating efficient workflows for partners, loan officers, and internal staff.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both product areas. Key responsibilities include transforming the Lead Portal from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" system by integrating insights, notifications, and recommended actions. Additionally, the role involves enhancing internal tools to improve workflow efficiency, usability, and performance, thereby empowering Operations and Support teams with proactive, insight-driven functionalities.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the fintech or lending sectors. Experience in developing and deploying complex internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-driven products is essential. A deep understanding of user personas such as loan officers and support teams, coupled with the ability to design products that cater to both human users and AI-assisted workflows, is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a collaborative, low-ego approach are also critical for success in this role.
Compensation for this position includes a total cash compensation range of $200,000 to $239,250 per year, which encompasses base salary and a performance-based bonus. Additionally, the role offers company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Benefits include comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans, company-funded life and disability insurance, 11 observed holidays, a flexible PTO plan, up to 12 weeks of paid family leave, and continuing education reimbursement.
