Senior Product Manager - Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms
Marqeta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the Marqeta Dashboard and Enterprise Operational Platforms. This role is pivotal in managing the core operational interface used by customers, bank partners, and internal teams to oversee card programs, investigate transactions, handle disputes, and monitor performance. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely within Ontario, Canada.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms. Key responsibilities include building tools that streamline workflows across card and account management, transaction investigation, disputes and servicing, and operational controls and monitoring. Additionally, the role involves delivering dashboards and reporting that provide real-time operational visibility, designing systems that support secure and compliant financial operations, integrating with enterprise systems, and identifying AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Collaboration with Engineering and Design teams to ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences is also essential.
Candidates should have 5-8+ years of product management experience in building enterprise software or operational platforms, particularly focusing on tools for operations teams such as support, risk, disputes, or program management. Strong technical product leadership is required, with experience working closely with Engineering and Design on complex systems and the ability to simplify workflows into clear, scalable product solutions. Hands-on experience in building operational dashboards, case management systems, or support tooling is important, with familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow being a plus. Domain knowledge in regulated environments, strategic execution skills, exceptional product judgment, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and an ownership mindset are also critical.
Marqeta offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The new-hire base salary range for this position is CAD 108,000 to 135,000, with annual bonuses awarded to eligible employees.
