Senior Product Manager - Financial Solutions

Interface AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-native solutions aimed at transforming operational workflows within financial institutions. This role involves deep engagement with financial operations teams to identify and address high-impact inefficiencies through innovative AI applications.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for discovering and validating critical operational pain points, designing and building AI-driven solutions from the ground up, and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration. This includes translating complex operational challenges into effective product strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, particularly in financial services operations, with a strong understanding of back-office workflows. Proficiency in developing ROI-driven narratives for enterprise clients and the ability to educate engineering teams on industry nuances are essential. Experience with AI tools for data analysis and automation is highly valued.
