Senior Product Manager

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team dedicated to developing innovative, AI-powered products that are transforming the recruiting industry. As part of a cross-functional team, you will contribute to products utilized by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide, driving the evolution of our product suite.

In this role, you will own your product area, taking end-to-end responsibility for AI-enabled and workflow-driven product experiences. Key responsibilities include engaging directly with customers to gather insights, collaborating with Product Marketing to support messaging and launch readiness, and coordinating with partner teams to manage dependencies, including legal, ethical, and privacy considerations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product management, particularly within SaaS and B2B products. Experience with AI matching and recommendation products is highly desirable. Proficiency in creating prototypes and low-fidelity mock-ups, interpreting user behavior through data and conversion metrics, and a strong understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices are essential.
