Senior Product Manager, Software

As a Senior Product Manager at Axon, you will lead the definition and delivery of innovative software products that transform how public safety and justice agencies operate. You will collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that address real-world challenges.

Your primary responsibilities include defining and supporting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for software product areas. You will translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories, partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features that improve user outcomes, and contribute to prioritization decisions by weighing scope, usability, performance, and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team SaaS or enterprise software solutions. You should possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a natural inclination for collaboration in cross-functional environments.

Axon offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The base pay range for this role is between $131,250 and $210,000 USD.
