Senior Product Manager, Software
As a Senior Product Manager at Axon, you will lead the definition and delivery of innovative software products that transform how public safety and justice agencies operate. You will collaborate across engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that address real-world challenges.
In this role, you will help define and support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for software product areas. Your responsibilities include translating customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories, partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful software features, and contributing to prioritization decisions by balancing scope, usability, performance, and delivery timelines. Additionally, you will collect and interpret customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to inform product direction, share product updates with stakeholders, monitor product performance, and work with your team to reduce ambiguity and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team SaaS or enterprise software solutions. You should have the ability to guide cross-functional teams through influence, a deep commitment to solving user problems and delivering measurable impact, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a natural collaborative approach that thrives in cross-functional environments. Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities is also essential.
This role is based out of Axon's Atlanta, GA office and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday and the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays.
