Senior Product Writer

As a Senior Product Writer at SmartRecruiters, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining our product documentation and content strategy. Collaborating closely with Product Design and Marketing teams, you will ensure that complex product functionalities are communicated clearly and effectively to our diverse customer base.

Your primary responsibilities will include crafting concise product documentation, evolving content strategies, and enhancing the help center experience. You will work cross-functionally to create user-centric content, partner with R&D and Go-To-Market teams throughout the content lifecycle, and utilize data insights to identify and address documentation gaps.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in writing product documentation or technical content within a B2B SaaS environment. Native-level fluency in English is essential, along with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with AI and automation tools in documentation workflows is highly desirable.
