Senior Program Manager, Autonomous Airpower Logistics
The Senior Program Manager, Autonomous Airpower Logistics at Anduril Industries will lead developmental logistics tasks for the Autonomous Airpower program. This role requires independent management of logistics Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries and direct collaboration with both internal teams and customers to ensure program success.
Key responsibilities include managing all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion, developing and coordinating logistics CDRLs, and collaborating with engineering to establish design concepts and criteria. The role also involves acting as the primary contact for logistics and sustainment program issues, influencing the preparation of proposals and business plans, and ensuring technical leadership through talent development.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or a related technical field, or have 5+ years of equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years managing complex programs and logistics administration is required. Technical expertise in logistics management principles, experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and/or spare analysis, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance are essential.
The position offers a salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in most full-time offers.
