AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Osaka team, reporting to the Project Director. This role involves overseeing the campus program management team, managing multiple projects within the campus, and collaborating with partners and customers to develop scopes and designs for office and data hall fit-outs. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for project management and oversight of construction-related activities for new builds and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, safety, quality, timeline, and budget.

Key responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and senior management on time and cost proposals for potential client projects, managing project programs to meet key objectives and contractual milestones, and closely coordinating with general contractors and suppliers to ensure project outcomes are met. The role also involves risk management throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing constructability of electrical and mechanical system designs, building and managing project scopes and equipment requirements, and collaborating with project teams to resolve risks and issues promptly. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the development and review of tender packages, manage cost reporting, review vendor claims, and handle reporting to management and external parties.
