Senior Recruiter
a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People Operations team. Our mission is to simplify the process of finding and applying for financial products by bringing everything online, enabling users to make informed decisions without the need to visit a bank physically. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening our team to drive this mission forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates from multiple channels, shortlisting and selecting the best applicants, and managing the hiring funnel and open positions. You will prepare reports on hiring metrics, turnover rates, and interview outcomes, as well as maintain the employee database. Additionally, you will propose and coordinate various HR projects to enhance our recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in headhunting or recruitment, preferably within a headhunting or outsourcing company. You should be adept at handling a large volume of job applications and interviews daily, possess excellent communication and management skills, and be detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws are also required.
