The Senior Revenue Operations Associate at Axon will play a pivotal role in managing core systems and workflows that directly impact sales execution and customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of revenue operations processes, including deal flow management and sales compensation, while collaborating with a high-performing team. The role is integral to building a foundation that enables the go-to-market team to operate efficiently and scale effectively.

Key responsibilities include owning and operating deal desk processes to ensure accurate and efficient deal processing, managing sales compensation workflows such as commission tracking and auditing using tools like QuotaPath, and serving as the primary partner for sales representatives by supporting them through deal structuring, pricing, and approvals. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Revenue Operations teammates to maintain and improve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently transitioning from HubSpot to Salesforce, collaborating with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate deal data and commission payouts, and identifying and implementing process improvements across systems, tools, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with familiarity in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools, and commission software like QuotaPath or similar. Strong attention to detail and operational rigor are essential, along with a bias toward ownership and follow-through to ensure systems work end-to-end. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with sales, finance, and Revenue Operations teams are important, as well as a curious mindset and a drive to improve processes beyond mere operation. Experience in deal desk, commissions, or sales finance is highly preferred.

This hybrid role requires an expectation of four days per week in Axon's Manhattan office. Compensation includes a competitive salary and 401(k) with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Additional benefits encompass fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and access to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
