Senior Sales Engineer, Germany
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Axon, you will serve as a trusted advisor to public safety agencies across Germany, guiding them in the adoption and deployment of Axon's leading solutions. This role is integral to Axon's mission to Protect Life and Accelerate Justice, focusing on delivering value through technical expertise and customer engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering compelling technical presentations, leading architecture design discussions, managing proof-of-concept engagements, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. You will collaborate closely with customers and partners to ensure the successful implementation of Axon's products, while also providing feedback to product management to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Network Engineer. Proficiency in areas like digital video, mobile communications, IP engineering, and SaaS is essential. Strong understanding of CCTV systems, VMS, and network technologies is also required. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
