Senior Salesforce Developer

LeafLink is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the management and enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party tools to support our rapidly growing B2B cannabis platform. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset and a strong technical background to drive the evolution of our sales and service processes.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and testing scalable enhancements within Salesforce, such as custom objects, alerts, and page layouts. The developer will partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, implement solutions adhering to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews. Additionally, proactive monitoring and resolution of logged errors, as well as championing testing and observability, are essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have over five years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in scalable environments, with at least one year of Lightning development experience. Proficiency in Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds, along with skills in custom application development, unit testing using Apex and Visualforce, and building integrations with REST APIs and Platform Events, is required. A thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits and a growth-oriented mindset are also important.
