Senior Scrum Master

Graphcore is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join its dynamic team in Bristol, UK. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for identifying, managing, and removing complex impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies. They will facilitate team and program-level ceremonies with a focus on alignment and measurable outcomes, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and partner with Technical Product Owners and Engineering Managers to enhance planning and delivery flow. Monitoring team health and Agile metrics to support data-informed improvements is also a key aspect of this role.

Candidates should possess CSM or PSM certification, with advanced certifications being desirable. Significant experience in applying Agile principles within software development environments is required, along with a proven track record of mentoring teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery efficiency. Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills, experience managing cross-team dependencies, and proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence are essential.
