Axon is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager to lead cloud service authorization and compliance activities within the U.S. State and Local market. This role focuses on programs such as the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy and collaborates on broader government authorization efforts, including FedRAMP and GovRAMP. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and follows a hybrid work schedule, emphasizing in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday, with remote work on Mondays.

The Senior Security Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for government authorization and security compliance related to Axon's cloud services. Key responsibilities include managing security compliance obligations across internal teams and external parties, leading assessor and auditor readiness and coordination, maintaining authorization and compliance documentation, and executing security assurance and compliance programs. Additionally, the role involves supporting business continuity and incident planning, participating in risk assessments, and staying current on security and compliance trends.

Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in information security or security compliance, including leadership responsibilities in a technical environment. Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills are essential, along with experience in frameworks such as CJIS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or DISA SRG. A solid background in cloud security controls and experience implementing security requirements in cloud environments are required. Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP, are also desirable.

Axon offers a competitive salary ranging from $122,250 to $195,600, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
