The Senior Service Technician I at Agility Robotics plays a pivotal role in executing the company's humanoid robot service strategy at the RoboFab factory in Salem, Oregon. This position focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes and procedures for robot repair and refurbishment, supporting both internal and external customers to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing robots and their peripherals, ensuring compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analyses. The technician will also gather metrics to assess product quality, assist in creating and maintaining training materials and work instructions, and identify resource needs to ensure successful service delivery. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules in coordination with operations, engineering, and production teams.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year technical degree or military equivalent preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair is required, with a preference for experience in mechatronics and root cause analysis. Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret technical documents are essential. Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also necessary. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Agility Robotics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 USD.
