Senior Services Consultant
As a Senior Services & Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will serve as the primary technical lead, guiding customers through their transformation journeys. This role involves both the strategic delivery of process insights and the design of the architectural foundation necessary to realize those insights. You will bridge the gap between complex IT infrastructures and high-level business value, ensuring seamless integration of Celonis' Process Mining technology to deliver measurable ROI for large enterprises in Korea.
Key responsibilities include leading implementation projects by driving agile teams to transform raw customer data into actionable process insights, encompassing ETL processes and the development of analytical dashboards and solutions incorporating AI and automation. You will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across domains such as Finance (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), Supply Chain, and Procurement. Additionally, you will build and deploy innovative operational applications enriched with AI/ML algorithms to automate manual business tasks.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, particularly within SaaS or Big Data environments. Essential technical skills include expert proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, with beneficial knowledge of Python and experience with Agentic Agents/MCP servers. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, and handling large data volumes is important. A strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, along with core business processes such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, is necessary. Native fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English are required to support both local and global collaboration. A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is also required.
