As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at DriveWealth in Lithuania, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability and performance of our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. DriveWealth is a global B2B financial technology company dedicated to democratizing access to financial independence through an API-based platform that enables seamless investing and trading experiences worldwide.

In this role, you will support the SRE team by developing and implementing workflow enhancements focused on automation and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include handling technical escalations, troubleshooting complex FIX and API connectivity issues, and actively participating in on-call rotations during non-traditional hours to ensure rapid response and resolution. Additionally, you will coordinate incident resolution efforts, implement change management protocols, and work closely with the Lithuania office to align SRE practices across time zones.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a senior SRE role or similar position, demonstrating deep knowledge in site reliability engineering and operations. Proficiency in Python for automation, expertise in SQL and transactional databases, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential. Familiarity with core networking concepts, cloud services (particularly AWS), and maintaining systems within both cloud and co-location environments is also required. Availability for flexible work hours, including coverage of US market trading sessions, is necessary.

DriveWealth offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of €65,000 to €80,000 annually.
