Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the ArsenalOS team, focusing on developing Forge, the company's custom supply chain, manufacturing, and deployment execution platform. This role involves architecting and implementing mission-critical solutions that enhance business processes and scale Anduril into a next-generation defense prime.

Key responsibilities include owning and delivering features for Forge, contributing quality code and tests, leveraging AI tools for development, collaborating with factory teams to enable high-rate production of products like Roadrunner and Fury, participating in on-call rotations to support production, and working cross-functionally with various teams to enhance system architecture and digital tools.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in fast-paced environments, with deep expertise in full-stack web development. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and frameworks like Next.js is essential. U.S. Person status is necessary due to access to export-controlled data.

Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth startup environments, understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP and MES, eligibility for a U.S. Top Secret Security clearance, and hands-on experience in manufacturing industries.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000, along with equity grants.
