The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in building and operating production systems, with strong expertise in distributed systems design. Proficiency in at least one major web framework, such as Rails, Django, Express, or Fastify, is required. A solid understanding of database concepts, including indexing, query optimization, and transactional integrity, is essential. Experience in designing highly available production systems and familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure API design are also necessary.
inKind offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $185,000, depending on experience.
