Senior Solutions Architect
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will lead the deployment of self-hosted, containerized solutions within complex enterprise customer environments. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, dedicated to enhancing business processes through advanced AI capabilities. In this position, you will serve as the primary technical liaison, translating customer requirements into successful deployments on their infrastructure. Your responsibilities include leading technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommending optimal containerized solutions, and facilitating deployments while managing technical constraints. You will establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools, and guide customers on authentication, user management, and provisioning best practices to remove technical barriers to user adoption.
The ideal candidate has over six years of experience in deployment or integration roles, with at least three years focused on deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes. Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes distributions such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift is essential. Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and experience with Helm or Kustomize, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern tech stacks including REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming (e.g., Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methodologies, will be advantageous. Strong project management skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $128,000 to $150,000 annually, along with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
