Senior Solutions Engineer
The Senior Solutions Engineer role at Figure involves architecting and scaling technical integrations for mortgage lending partners. This position operates at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, focusing on designing integration solutions, accelerating onboarding processes, and ensuring partners fully utilize Figure's API, webhook, and identity infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions with partners, understanding their systems such as CRM and Loan Origination Systems, and designing scalable API and webhook integration architectures. The role also involves guiding partners through implementation using best practices, supporting sandbox testing, and proactively mitigating integration risks to accelerate onboarding. Post-launch, the engineer will identify opportunities to expand API usage, improve partner workflows, and contribute to enhanced documentation and integration playbooks.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture. A strong fluency with APIs and integration patterns, deep understanding of authentication and identity standards, and proven experience with enterprise engineering teams are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to translate partner requirements into structured implementation plans, and experience in fintech or regulated financial services environments is advantageous.
The total cash compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $217,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and performance-based bonuses.
