Senior Solutions Engineer - Singapore

The Senior Solutions Engineer position at LaunchDarkly in Singapore focuses on bridging technical expertise and customer engagement to support pre-sales and implementation of software solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team working closely with sales, product, and engineering colleagues to drive product adoption in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize the onboarding experience.

Candidates should have strong experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a closely related technical customer-facing role. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, is important, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps processes, and modern software architectures will be highly valued.
