Senior Staff Project Lead, Customer Experience
Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Staff Project Lead to join our Customer Experience team, focusing on the implementation of our enterprise cloud software tailored for the investment management industry. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of projects that transform legacy processes, aligning with Ridgeline's mission to revolutionize investment management technology.
The Senior Staff Project Lead will oversee end-to-end customer implementations, defining project scope, allocating resources, and developing execution plans that align with both customer objectives and Ridgeline's standards. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, managing project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering a collaborative, problem-solving culture across cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients. A deep understanding of investment management workflows, strong project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance project efficiency are essential. The role requires domestic travel of 25–50%.
Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, with a typical starting salary range of $187,000 to $234,000 OTE, and up to $257,000 OTE in select locations.
