The Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner at Ridgeline is a strategic individual contributor role responsible for developing and evolving the company's total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, equity, and benefits. This position plays a critical role in shaping how Ridgeline attracts, retains, and motivates talent, ensuring that total rewards programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with the company's growth trajectory. The role involves defining frameworks and philosophies that guide decision-making, while collaborating across HR, Talent, Finance, and Legal teams to implement these strategies effectively.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving Ridgeline's total rewards strategy, shaping and scaling compensation philosophy, leading compensation planning, designing and refining incentive compensation plans, and defining and evolving equity strategy toward IPO readiness. The role also involves establishing clear governance to ensure consistency and equity, developing a global total rewards strategy as the company expands into Europe and Canada, and defining and evolving the benefits strategy to support employee needs and business growth. Collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent teams is essential to align rewards with business and financial goals.

The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in total rewards within high-growth technology companies, experience scaling compensation and equity programs in late-stage private or pre-IPO environments, and strong expertise in compensation strategy, equity design, incentive plans, and benefits strategy. Additional qualifications include experience managing benefits strategy through periods of systems and operating model change, the ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with high ownership and influence, executive presence to guide senior leaders on complex decisions, comfort building from ambiguity and delivering pragmatic solutions, and strong cross-functional partnership skills, especially with Finance, Legal, and Talent teams.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, with a typical starting salary range of $168,000 to $208,000, and in select locations such as the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area, the range is $183,000 to $228,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. Employees can participate in the Company Stock Plan and enjoy benefits such as unlimited vacation, educational and wellness reimbursements, and $0 cost employee insurance plans.
