Garner Health is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Business Technology team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's IT infrastructure by developing systems, processes, and controls that support secure and efficient scaling. The position requires in-office work three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The Senior Systems Administrator will manage core IT systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zoom, Slack, Zoom Rooms, Unifi Network, and FreshService. Responsibilities include overseeing the full MDM lifecycle for macOS/iOS through Iru (Kandji), maintaining network infrastructure for optimal performance and security, supporting conference room and A/V systems, handling escalated L2/L3 tickets, managing user lifecycle operations, supporting compliance initiatives, creating and maintaining SOPs, coordinating with vendors, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in IT Operations within a cloud-centric environment. Required expertise includes MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Intune, Google Advanced MDM), Okta Workforce Identity and core SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Zendesk, FreshService, Salesforce), and network management (Ubiquiti UniFi or Cisco). Preferred qualifications include certifications in relevant technologies, experience with low-code automation tools, familiarity with compliance frameworks (HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA), and strong project management and communication skills.

The target salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. This role is also eligible to participate in Garner Health's equity program.
